Event Video Production for NJ & NYC Corporate Events

Trade shows, product launches, conferences, all-hands meetings, and award ceremonies. Multi-camera coverage, broadcast-quality audio, and same-day social cuts when momentum matters.

Corporate Event Video Production

Event video that holds up under scrutiny from your CFO, your board, your sales team, and LinkedIn.

Trade shows, product launches, conferences, all-hands meetings, award ceremonies, and livestream coverage for corporate events across NJ and the NYC metro.

If it matters to your business, it deserves more than a shaky phone video. We cover corporate events across New Jersey and New York with full broadcast-quality production, and we know how to stay out of the way while capturing everything you need.

Your CFO, your board, your sales team, and your CEO's LinkedIn audience will all see this footage. The audio has to be clean even in a loud convention hall, the lighting has to work in whatever venue you booked six months ago, and the edits have to land in a format that actually plays well on a laptop during a board deck review. Our event work feeds directly into our broader corporate video production for companies building out a full content library.

Venues We've Worked

Familiar with the venues your team is booking.

Why It Matters

15+ years of broadcast experience, applied to corporate events

The same production discipline that has put work on Netflix, NBC, FOX, and CBS, brought to corporate event coverage where one shoot has to deliver months of usable content.

One Shoot, Months of Content

Every corporate event we cover delivers 4-6 deployable assets: highlight reel, social cuts, full recording, and recap clips your team uses for months after the event ends.

Broadcast-Grade Production

Multi-camera setups, professional audio, and crews who know how to be present without being a disruption. Same gear and discipline we apply to broadcast network deliverables.

NJ & NYC Venue Familiarity

We've worked the major NJ and NYC venues. Loading dock access, room acoustics, lighting conditions, and venue protocols are familiar territory, not surprises we figure out on the day.

FAQ

What event marketing teams ask before booking

Practical questions most event coordinators and marketing leads want answered before reaching out. If your question isn't here, a quick call is the fastest way to get a real answer.

Ask Keith directly
How far in advance should I book event video production?

For large corporate events such as trade shows or product launches, a minimum of six to eight weeks. That gives us time to handle pre-production, coordinate with your venue, and build any motion graphics or branded elements into the edit. For smaller events like team meetings or award ceremonies, two to three weeks is usually workable. If you have a tight deadline, call us directly before booking through the site.

Can you produce a same-day highlight reel for our event?

Yes, with advance planning. Same-day cuts require a dedicated editor on site or remote access to raw files during the event. We build this into the production plan upfront so there are no surprises on the day. Not every event needs a same-day reel, but for product launches and conferences where social media momentum matters, it's worth the investment.

Do you work at corporate event venues in Parsippany and Morristown?

Regularly. We know the major conference centers and hotel event spaces throughout Morris County and the Route 287 corridor. If you're booking a venue in the area and want to confirm we've worked there before, just ask. Familiarity with a space means we show up knowing the loading dock access, the lighting conditions, and the acoustics before the day of the shoot.

What's included in a standard event video package?

That depends on the event and what you need downstream. A basic package covers full event coverage, edited highlight reel, and one round of revisions. A complete package adds multi-camera setup, same-day social cuts, branded lower thirds, and full ceremony recording. We quote based on scope, not a menu, so the pricing reflects what you actually need.

Can you handle compliance requirements for regulated industries at events?

Yes. If your company operates in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or financial services, event coverage sometimes involves speakers discussing regulated content or filming in controlled environments. We have experience working within those guardrails and can coordinate with your legal team on any review requirements before releasing the footage.

Do you cover events at NYC venues like the Javits Center?

Yes. We regularly cover events at the Jacob K. Javits Center, Manhattan hotel ballrooms, Brooklyn venues, and corporate event spaces across NYC. Being based in Randolph gives us direct access via I-78, I-80, and the Lincoln Tunnel. NYC event coverage gets the same broadcast-grade production discipline as our NJ work, without paying Manhattan agency rates.

Can you handle event photography along with the video?

Yes. Most corporate events need both video and stills. Your PR team wants images for the press release, HR wants photos for the intranet, and marketing needs content for LinkedIn the next morning. We can cover both in the same shoot without doubling your budget or crowding the room with multiple crews. See our event photography page for what that package includes.
